Information Regarding Refunds for Duplicate or Multiple Payments

Dear Customers,

In rare cases, communication errors with the bank may occur during direct transfers, resulting in an error message. If this happens, please first check whether the payment was successfully processed before making another transfer.

If you have made duplicate or multiple payments, we would like to inform you that refunds will be processed. However, this can take up to two weeks, as we typically gather refund requests and process them in batches. The refund process is handled by a third-party service provider.
